Had a positive experience buying our 2026 Subaru Forester here. However, our experience with the service team was very bad. During our complimentary oil change at 3000 miles, a technician installed a bad oil filter and spilled oil all over the engine. A routine oil change ended up taking 3 hours. They told us to expect to a burning oil smell for at least the next week. This is hands down the best dealership experience I have ever had. My family and I were treated very well. My kids were having fun around the camp area and one of the gentlemen came and asked if they liked cars, then came back with a couple hot wheels. They do their best to be transparent and fair. Josh and Brendon are great at what they do, and everyone there made sure we were accommodated. The process was quick and highly recommended. I will be going back.

I quickly received answers to all of my questions as they came up during the process. I negotiated my price in advance through email. When I went in to get the car, I was in and out of the dealership in about 45 minutes. I can't ask for anything better than that! Thanks especially to Rhianna for all her help in getting this done.

We used the Costco Auto buying program to purchase our new 2026 Subaru Forester in June. Costco referred us to three different dealerships. Of the three dealerships, Flatiron and Miles Crawford were by far the easiest to work with. Miles emailed detailed information on car features and costs. No surprises when we drove down to purchase the car.
I went in here to see if it was possible to get out of my leased Jeep and Rhianna did everything she could to make sure that happened. She was so nice and so wonderful to work with. I was in and out within two hours and I was able to take a new Crosstrek home. If you need to go there, ask for Rhianna!

I thought I had a brake issue so I dropped my Outback off to be worked on. Turns out the noise I heard was caused by a loose cowling. Nate B. Was the mechanic that secured the cowling and test drove the car. Problem solved and no charge. Excellent service and treatment.

Car shopping has always been my least-favorite activity of all time, but the whole experience at Flatirons Subaru was incredible! We worked with Jens who was so laidback, well-informed, and helped us narrow down and find exactly what we wanted.
