Car shopping has always been my least-favorite activity of all time, but the whole experience at Flatirons Subaru was incredible! **Update - issue resolved by the GM**: I originally posted a strongly negative review after a frustrating experience: we'd agreed on a written quote for a 2024 Ascent and cancelled other appointments based on it, only to have the used car manager reverse the deal by voicemail and quote $6,000 more.
After I escalated to senior management, Brian reviewed everything, acknowledged what went wrong, honored the original written quote, and addressed it internally. He handled it professionally and directly — exactly how a good business should respond when something goes sideways.

Todd in the service department is amazing! Besides being extremely friendly, he kept in close contact keeping me updated, gave me all the time I needed to make a decision, and was very knowledgeable. What would have been an awful week with my car breaking down, Todd made it easier and as stress free as possible.
Shane did a great job getting us the car and price we wanted. James made the financing process quick and simple. We drove out with our new Ascent and 1.9% financing.

Absolutely the best place to take your Subaru for maintenance or any work needing done. I had a complex situation involving different entities (warranty companies, Subaru corporate, etc) and Flatiron Subaru made the process run very smoothly. I was well taken care of here and the team went above and beyond for my needs. The inspections are very thorough and they keep you informed through the whole process. Bought a used Honda Pilot from Flatirons Subaru and the experience ended on a very high note. Samantha was great to work with. I did have to do some legwork myself to prove a vibration issue (Road Force Balance showed 85lbs of force on the tires!), but once the data was in front of them, management (Jake) stepped up. Took in my 2021 Crosstrek for the 90k mile tune-up after driving out here from Wisconsin. Two issues were found, one with the thermal valve and one with the front axle. Both were fixed at no charge to me, one under warranty, and one which the service manager thought was warrantied but was not. They comped me for it anyways. Fantastic service from Julian!
The best thing about our experience was that we never felt pressured to buy, even after two visits to the dealership. Shane was our salesperson and he was very friendly, courteous, and helpful throughout the whole process. James, the finance person, was also very friendly and helpful.
