Excellent experience working with Shane Ferrin to acquire a Subaru for my daughter who totaled her car and needed a new vehicle ASAP, I've always worked car purchases for her but no longer reside in Denver, so we needed a sales person who was responsive and trustworthy - Shane exceeded expectations in all areas, was highly professional throughout the process and responded to every request we had, daughter is thrilled with her new Subaru and this by far was the smoothest car buying process I've ever experienced. Would also give high marks to Shane's supporting cast at Flatirons Subaru , they were likewise excellent to deal with and transparent in all phases. But Shane was a cut above other sales reps I've dealt with and I'm very happy to provide this recommendation.

I appreciated the excellent help that Mark Berger offered me as I looked for a used Subaru Forester. My first Subaru Forester was a 2017 model which I purchased in November 2016 from Flatirons Subaru. Unfortunately, that car was totaled by a wreck less driver. I credit the strength of the Forester for saving my life and decided I would buy another Forester. I just turned 80 in January and hoped this next purchase would last me a long time. Mark showed me a 2020 Forester which had very low miles on it, and he then shepherd me through the process of buying my second Forester. The 2020 model is more computerized than my 2017 model, but Mark invited me to drop by any time I have questions and he would be glad to help me. I so appreciate this offer.

Just purchased a 2024 Crosstrek Sport from Shane at a very fair price. The entire process was a extremely pleasant experience compared to some other dealership experiences I've had over the years. No pressure and no surprises. He was able to track down one with the exact specs I was requesting and was great at keeping me up to date on its incoming status. He never tried to push me into a slightly different one they already had on the lot, I truly appreciated that. After visiting a couple of other dealerships, we felt quite put off by the whole car-buying experience, but Shane Ferrin and Flatirons completely changed our perspective and made us feel right at home. A new Outback was a big purchase for us, and Shane listened to our needs/wants and didn't try to sell us anything we wouldn't benefit from. After exhausting my search for the exact Subaru I wanted
After exhausting my search for the exact Subaru I wanted (Blue or Red Outback Touring XT with Nappa Brown leather) in Oklahoma, NW Arkansas, and SW Missouri, even KCMO, I tried the Denver Metro Area, only because I could get a direct flight to Denver from Tulsa. As opposed to some OK, MO, and AR dealers, who called back days later (if at all), Flatirons got right back with me. Within a few hours I had a very attractive offer price from James Wells, their ecommerce salesperson. For a long distance purchase involving a vehicle in transit, booking a flight and a hotel, it could not have gone better or smoother. Everything up front, no surprises, excellent service, friendly/professional staff at every turn, in every department. I could go on, but suffice it to say if I would have known how easy it was going to be I would not have hesitated to buy new in the first place. Great communication from the git-go to the drive off. I don't often deliver effusive praise for companies, mainly because in this day and age I seldom receive service that deserves it. These folks are the exception. I saved a bunch, too, even after adding in my travel expenses. If you are thinking of buying from out of state (or local), give Flatirons a shout. It worked out well for me.
